Tyler graduated from Southern Baptist Seminary Extension, Nashville, TN in 2016 with a diploma in Ministries / Pastoral Education. He is currently enrolled at Southern Baptist Seminary Extension pursuing a diploma in Theological Foundations. He became the pastor at Calvary Baptist Church in June of 2022.

Tyler enjoys time with the family, sports, playing music, and is an avid Cincinnati Reds baseball fan.
